All drivers for Qotom Mini PCs are available for download. Please identify your product model and download the corresponding driver package.
How to Identify Your Model
The product model is printed on the bottom label of your Mini PC (e.g., Q30400GE, Q20300S9, Q535P). You can also find it in BIOS under the System Information section.

Drivers are organized by product series. Each package includes:
Chipset driver
LAN/Ethernet driver (Intel i211/i225/i226)
Audio driver (if applicable)
Graphics driver (Intel UHD/HD)
Serial port driver (for RS-232/RS-485 models)
WiFi/Bluetooth driver (if wireless module installed)
BIOS Updates
BIOS update files are also available in the driver repository. Please contact support@qotom.com before flashing BIOS to confirm compatibility with your hardware revision.
Note
Most Qotom Mini PCs running Windows 10/11 will automatically install basic drivers via Windows Update. However, for optimal performance (especially LAN and chipset drivers), we recommend installing our official driver packages.
